Part 1:-

My interest revolves around baking and dancing; I like to bake whenever I am stressed and sad since it helps me calm down and gain some sense of happiness back. Baking is my first favorite interest and then comes my second favorite, which is dancing. Dancing helps me have fun when I am bored and helps me interact with new faces that I have never seen before. Moving on, the most thing I care about is my family because they are always there for me whenever I need there help or advice. I also do care about getting good grades at school to please myself and my parents as well.

Furthermore, I think it is important to study language because it helps people when they move to a different country or region, learning the local language will help them to communicate and integrate with the local community. Also, I think it is important when people get to the stage of their life when they go to work because, it involves regular contact with speakers of foreign languages, being able to talk to them in their own languages will help communicate with them. Finally, the last section, which I think is important when it comes to learning language, is culture.  Maybe someone is interested in the literature, poetry, films, TV programs, music or some other aspect of the culture of people who speak a particular language which then makes you want to learn their language in order to gain a better understanding of that culture. Finally, I have never felt excluded due to language barriers because everyone I met either speaks the same language I do or there are some people who help me communicate with them in the most comfortable and best way for them to understand.


Part 2:-

This year I am hoping to read novels and stories effectively and then analyzing them, as well as working towards concentrating on my academics and improving my knowledge in all my selected subjects this year.  Therefore, language and literature is going to help me a lot by achieving these goals because English is a core language in our school. In class we will be reading a variety of different novels in class over these two years as well as analyzing them. Thus, it will help me know how to read novels during my leisure time and understand what the author is trying to send across to the reader by analyzing the novel briefly. Moreover, being in this course will also help me broaden my knowledge on the academics of the different units we are going to take in class and in other subjects. Lastly, everything I am going to learn over these two years will contribute to the achievement of my desires written above.

Characterisation purpose -Act 1

Being one of Shakespeare's final plays, Coriolanus is set in Ancient Rome in its stages of an early Republic. In his play, Shakespeare reflects on the political context of England during the authoritarian rule of King James I (1603 - 1625). The play heavily discusses social and political issues. In this setting, Act I the characters are introduced and the main external conflict is constructed. Shakespeare builds Coriolanus' struggle for power through his lack of verbal self-control. What is the true purpose of "Their Eyes are Watching God"

Their Eyes are Watching God is a novel that was written in 1936  by African-American writer Zora Neale Hurston .  H urston through her novel wanted to  prove that the purpose of reading this novel was for being self aware, the path of a true journey, self discovery and thus empathy people feel for one another. Janie is the main character in the novel where the reader sees her go through a tough life journey with many experiences and encounters involved. The journey Janie passes through makes us gain a strong empathy towards her since she has went through a process of a harsh self-discovery.
